No but I did catch a 10 1/2 ft sturgeon on the Columbia river that weighed approx 6-700 lbs...had to let it go...over size.

No way, down here in Florida there's too many other things hiding in holes in the water that you do NOT want to stick your hands within range....

No, but Ive seen it done and had the urge to try it myself when i was kid but thought better of it, i have caught catfish mainly on a rod and line with chicken livers, although not so much in recent years and on one occasion when i was child on a fly rod but i don't recommend it, give catfish noodling a try but first beware of the dangers, snakes, sharp objects etc.
