I always bring a bag of Fried Pork Rines with me on my fishing trips. Don't know why, but when I crack those babies open the bite always gets hot.
Hmm I would have thought there would be more superstitious fisherman on here. |

If I don't catch anything for a while, i turn my hat backwards. It works every time. Try it, it works.

Never fish while wearing a new cap without first throwing it in the lake. If this is not done before taking the boat ride to your fishing hole the cap will fly off your head and sink before you can turn the boat around and retrieve it.
I've always heard it's bad to luck to bring bananas aboard a boat. Makes no difference to me...I prefer to eat oranges. |

Find somewhere where there's a few people not catching anything and set up next to them. When they get tired of not catching anything and leave, the fish will start biting. (Hey, it works at haulover canal...)
